1001 Nights
Into The Future
Below is a schematic possible framework/structural support for the bottles. It was designed by the Quebecois architect, Francois Emond. This framework would replace the wine crates, wood boxes and planes. It would consist of light-weight, modular supports, easily collapsible and transportable. The entire installation is flexible. It could cover an area as small as 500 square feet (currently) up to 1500 square feet. Height of the installation is also flexible. Modular supports could be adaptable, and allow for different ways of arranging the installation, depending on the host space. The modules could be fabricated in Montréal, Québec, with the assistance of the artisan/designer Eric Filteau.
